The Power of Positive Leadership: Transforming Your Workplace is a customized, intensive leadership development program that is one of Dr. Manion's signature offerings. Topics can be mixed and matched according to your organization's particular needs. Length can range from 1 to 8 days, offered over a period of months. This is most commonly offered within a health care system for its leaders and aspiring leaders or through an association for its members. It is highly interactive and includes a wide variety of individual assessment instruments and activities for skill development.
